Welcome to Lionheart Fitness PT, where we specialize in empowering individuals over 30 to reclaim their health and fitness. I’m David, a dedicated personal trainer with over 17 years of experience in helping clients achieve their goals through tailored fitness programs and holistic wellness strategies.

At Lionheart Fitness PT, we understand that starting or restarting your fitness journey later in life comes with unique challenges. Upon sign up, you will receive your online lifestyle questionnaire. This questionnaire provides me with all the information I need to create your Personal Online Training and Nutrition Programme.

Weekly Check ins

The weekly check-in form provides information beyond what I can acquire from tracking your training and nutrition alone – checking energy, hunger, recovery, steps, water, and leaving no stone unturned. When reviewing your week, I want to have a complete picture of how it’s gone so I can provide the feedback and support required to reach your goals!

Unlimited Support

As well as receiving
regular feedback, you’ll also be able to message me directly via the Lionheartfitnesspt App at any time. I will be your full-time Personal
Trainer/Coach – there to support, motivate and guide you through your body
transformation. 

Training & Nutrition plan

The training programme I create will be research-based and specifically designed to build, sculpt and develop your desired physique and goals. I
will completely remove the nutrition guesswork! You’ll know exactly how many
calories, protein, carbohydrates and fats you should be consuming each day.
You’ll know what foods to prioritise, what foods to consume in moderation, as
well as when and what to eat to optimise your training and recovery, all while
enjoying delicious recipes. Your plan will educate you on the nutritional and
caloric value of different foods to cultivate lifelong healthy eating habits.

Weekly Feedback

Each week, you’ll receive feedback where I’ll highlight areas where you’re doing well and what we need to work on moving into the following week. Frequent feedback ensures you receive the support,accountability and encouragement required to obtain the results you seek.

Lionheart Fitness will design a Tailored Exercise Programme to enhance the achievement of your fitness goals based on information you provide us on your Consultation. Therefore, the more information you provide the more tailored your programme will be. All you need to do is start your journey, fill in your consultation and let us get to work for you.

POSITIVE NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE

We offer different Nutritional Advice depending on the package you select. All packages contain NHS Guidelines link with “free hints and tips” to improve your diet and get exercising. Our Beyond the Trainer package contains advice and guidance on macronutrients and micronutrients. Whereas our Build a Better You package provides the above, we will also look closely at your diet in more detail and give recommendations, support and motivation to maintain a well-balanced diet.

Motivation & Accountability

Regular check-ins and progress tracking to keep you motivated and accountable. Our team will be there to give ongoing support and analysis throughout, with check-ins via our app, email, WhatsApp, Social Media channels or live video chat.

Faq

Do I need a gym?
We build your plan around your setup—home or gym—and the equipment you have. We also include simple travel/hotel swaps so you can stay consistent on the road.

Can you work around knee/back/shoulder pain?
Yes. We use joint-friendly substitutions, tempo/range tweaks, and can coordinate with your physio. (If pain is acute, please get medical clearance first.)

How long are sessions?
We base your plan on your availability and time free—most sessions are 30–60 minutes, with 20-minute express options for busy weeks.

 

What happens after the 5-Day Reset?
Keep using it or book a free 15-min consult to map your next 4–6 weeks. You can upgrade to Core or Premium coaching anytime.
